The Lisie Medical and Educational Institutions organized a staff training and get-together on 27 th January 2024 at Lisie College of Pharmacy, Vennala. The programme started at 9:00 am with a photo session of all the teaching and the non teaching faculties together with the Director and the Asst.Director of LMEI. The official program started at 9:30am with a gracious prayer by the faculty of

Lisie College of Nursing. Rev.Fr. Davis Padannakkal, Asst. Director of LMEI welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Dr. Paul Karedan, Director LMEI inaugurated the get together with a lamp lighting followed by the inaugural address. Rev. Fr. Shanu Moonjely, Asst.Director LMEI felicitated the gathering. The Trainer of the day was Mr. Sibin Antony M Varghese, corporate trainer, HR Consultant, motivational speaker and managing partner of Synergy group. The training was

arranged in three sessions. The first session was about the importance of critical thinking with group discussions. The second session focused on how Generation gap will affect on teaching and learning process. After the lunch break the third session started by 1:30pm. The session dealt with assertiveness, which progressed through a game named as “Sibin Says” which was an instant

tablo on the given topics with the active involvement of all the participants. The training session was concluded by a valedictory function at 3:30 pm organized by Lisie School of Nursing. There was an opportunity for the faculties to share the feedback about the training program, followed by a cake cutting ceremony. Mr.Bobby Paul, the HR Manager of LMEI expressed the words of gratitude. As a token of love and appreciation the LMEI management distributed a memento to all the faculties. Overall it was an appreciable and joyful training and get together for the teaching and non teaching staff of LMEI.
